Registration is mandatory for all participants, whatever their status (permanent or non-permanent, CNRS staff or others).

Registration fees include room, morning, noon and evening meals (see program), access to all sessions, and working materials for the final report. Courses will be provided in electronic format. Participants may bring their own computer equipment, particularly for the data processing session. The registration fee does not include travel or meals.

Each participant undertakes to submit an abstract for a Flash presentation (3-5 min) that will enable everyone to introduce themselves. The presentation can be based simply on the participant's CV and current research topic, even if no results have yet been obtained.

Registration fees are as follows:

CNRS employee (junior or senior, CDD (proof to be provided) or permanent): free of charge

Senior civil servant (senior= + 33 years, CDD (proof to be provided) or permanent): 500€ HT

Junior civil servant (junior= - 33 years, CDD (proof to be provided) or permanent): 350€ HT

Private company staff (junior or senior): 900€ HT

Payments are made by purchase order only (no credit card payments or bank transfer).
